Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically-minded Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting high-level analysis of revenue, expenses, and market trends to help guide our executive leadership in making sound business decisions. You won't just be reporting on what happened; you?ll be helping us predict what?s coming next.
Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators (KPIs), including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, and capital expenditures.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to support corporate strategic initiatives and "what-if" scenario planning.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, highlighting variances between actuals and projections.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to provide context for internal financial data.
- Process Improvement: Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and automation within the financial reporting cycle.
